If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from PULAMA website you may return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).

In order to begin the return process you must send an email to stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item/s being Returned:
  • Reason for Return:

Once we receive the information, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to our warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our warehouse staff will confirm that it was returned in original, unused condition. Once confirmation has been given on the product status, your credit card will be issued a full refund. You will also receive an email confirmation from us to notify you that the refund has been processed. Please be advised that it may take a few days up to a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.


We guarantee our products against manufacturing/factory defects such as issues with any parts and/or material defects for one year after purchase with proof of purchase.

We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, and stains. Please keep in mind that although our products are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse and are quality tested for strength and durability, they are not indestructible.
